1) Play to Win 1% of Cake
In January, 2007, CakePoker will be holding our “Own a Piece of Cake” Final Tournament. Along with a cash prize from a minimum $40,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool, the 1st place winner of this tournament will receive a stock certificate representing 1% of the outstanding common shares of Cake Gaming N.V. Entry into this tournament is a Buy-in of $4,000 + $250 fee.
10 Ways to Earn a Seat at the Own a Piece of Cake Final Tournament
1) Open an account before our July qualifier & you’re already halfway there! When you open a real money account and make a deposit we’ll give you 1 free Cake Slice. Redeem only 2 Cake Slices in July, 2006 to compete in the July, Own A Piece of Cake Qualifier where the winner gets a $4,250 seat at the Own a Piece of Cake Final Tournament
2) The first player to contact support@cakepoker.com with an Ace of Hearts, Series 1 Gold Card can redeem it for a $4,250 seat at the Final
3) The player who earns the most Cake Points until 12:00 a.m. EST, December, 31 2006, will be awarded a free $4,250 seat at the Final
4) The player who has the most total Share Cake points in 2006 (including all sub-tiers regardless of the tier’s state) will be awarded a free $4,250 seat at the Final
5 – 10) Starting in July, 2006, and running through December, 2006, CakePoker will be holding a monthly, Own a Piece of Cake Qualifier. This tournament will have a $425 Buy-in + $35 Fee. Satellites will run throughout the month and cost as little as $5 + $.50 to enter.

2) Share Cake to Win 1% of Cake
At the end of 2006, CakePoker will calculate the revenue we’ve paid to each player in our Share Cake program and award them with 1 contest entry ticket for every one hundred dollars of revenue earned. On Jan 8th 2007, an independently licensed third party will draw one ticket from the lottery pool and that player will be awarded with a stock certificate representing 1% of the outstanding common shares of Cake Gaming N.V.
